Professional Services Group is dedicated to creating and managing signature minority outreach programs and emerging business programs for the construction industry. We develop Diverse Business Partners Programs - outreach initiatives designed to increase opportunities for minority business to participate in the procurement of services or related opportunities within the Awarding Agency’s community.

Professional Services Group is responsible for development, implementation, and coordination of said Diverse Business Partner Programs that are typically aggressive efforts that quantify and qualify the client’s outreach commitments.
